If you would like to access our app in your preferred language and possess the willingness and ability to contribute a translation, we encourage you to get in touch with us via email at support@ShareiiiT.com. Translating the app usually requires a short amount of time, typically around 10-15 minutes, if you possess good proficiency in both English and the desired target language.

How can I integrate with an MLS account?
Integrating with an MLS account requires some manual work on our end and follows specific procedures. We offer two methods of integration: embedding an IDX link provided by your MLS or integrating with the RETS protocol, which is a standard in real estate services.
Embedding an IDX link: If your MLS provides you with an IDX link that you want to add to your page, you can do so. If your MLS allows customization of the link, you can make the necessary adjustments. Please note that we have no control over the content of an external IDX.
Integrating with RETS: To integrate with RETS, you first need to obtain a RETS account from your MLS. We do not provide the account; we only connect to an existing one. Contact your MLS for detailed instructions on how to obtain a RETS account, as requirements may vary among different MLSs.
Once you have a RETS account, your MLS will provide you with three pieces of information: a URL to access the MLS, a username, and a password. We require these details to pull properties in your name from the MLS.
Please note that a RETS URL is different from an IDX URL. The RETS URL is designed for machine use (our server), so it may appear less user-friendly. Make sure you have the correct type of URL. You can refer to this example page to see how a RETS URL might look. If the URL you have opens a different-looking page, it is likely the wrong one.
After providing us with the URL, username, and password, we will need to adjust your field structure to match that of your MLS and establish bindings between the app's fields and the MLS fields. This process is manual and typically takes a few days, assuming no technical issues arise. Keep in mind that while RETS is a standard, different MLSs may implement additional specifications, requiring us to liaise with the MLS support for technical details, which can cause some delays in the integration process.

Why isn't the IDX link I'm trying to embed working?
When embedding an external IDX link, make sure you enter the complete URL of the link, for example: https://idx.mls.com/. Pay attention to the "https://" at the beginning, indicating that it is a secure link.
If the link you have starts with "http://", you should check if your MLS supports a secure version of the link. To do this, replace "http://" with "https://" at the beginning of the link and open it in a browser. If the secure link works, please use the secure link starting with "https://" for embedding.
If your MLS does not support secure links, you need to enable HTTP on your Wix site. You can find instructions on how to do this in the Wix support documentation: https://support.wix.com/en/article/enabling-https-for-your-wix-site. After enabling HTTP, you will be able to use both HTTP and HTTPS links.

How can I have a multilingual site?
RealEstate provides a solution for creating a multilingual site by leveraging our pre-translated labels available in multiple languages.
While this is not a built-in multilingual feature, you can utilize it to achieve a multilingual site setup.
To create different pages with different languages, there are some setup steps involved as well as additional work when uploading properties. Since we cannot translate user-generated text, you will need to upload each property multiple times, once for each language.
Let's take an example of creating an English/Spanish site. Here's what you need to do:

Let's take an example of creating an English/Spanish site. Here's what you need to do:
- Modify your field structure to include each field for every language. In our example, you would have a "Details" field (for English) and a "Detalles" field (for Spanish), a "Bedrooms" field (for English) and a "Dormitorios" field (for Spanish), and so on. Additionally, you need to include a "Language" field, which should be a dropdown with options for the languages you support. Set this field's visibility to "Always Hidden" so it won't be visible to visitors, and mark it as "Filterable".
-
When uploading properties, you need to upload them separately for each language.
In our example, you would upload a property with the following field values:
Language: English Bedrooms: 3 Details: A nice apartment near Central Park.
And then upload the same property again with the following field values:
Language: Spanish Dormitorios: 3 Detalles: Un lindo departamento cerca del Central Park.
- To set a page to display properties in a specific language, you need to configure a few settings for that page. Under the "Settings" section, set the "Page Language" to the desired language, and under the "Properties shown in this page" section, set the Language filter to the corresponding language. Repeat this process for each language you want to support on different pages.
Please note that English and Spanish are just examples, and you can have more than two languages and specify any languages you need for your site.
How can I share my properties on Facebook?
Sharing your properties on Facebook requires some attention to certain details.
If you simply share the URL of a property on Facebook, the preview displayed will be of your homepage. Unfortunately, we cannot modify this behavior since the preview is generated by Wix, which provides a single preview for all URLs on a site.
To overcome this limitation, we have implemented a sharing mechanism that you need to follow. Here's what you should do:
By following this approach, you can share your properties on Facebook effectively and ensure that the correct property is displayed in the shared post.

Why is my premium app only showing 10 properties when I have more?
The reason your premium app is displaying only 10 properties per page is to ensure a good user experience for your visitors. This limit is set to optimize performance, especially on devices with limited resources or slower internet connections. As the number of properties increases, it can take longer to load and display them, potentially affecting the user's browsing experience.
If you have more than 10 properties, you'll notice pagination buttons at the bottom of the page. These buttons allow users to navigate to the next set of properties. By clicking on these buttons, they can access the following pages and view additional properties.
The color of the pagination buttons is automatically determined to match the overall color scheme of your site. However, if the button color does not stand out well against your site's background, you can customize it. Simply go to the settings and locate the "Pagination Color" option under the "Header and Footer" section. From there, you can choose a color that better suits your site's design.

How can I improve the quality of my pictures?
Our app aims to strike a balance between image quality and website loading time across various devices. It takes into consideration factors such as slower mobile data speeds on mobile devices, which can significantly impact the loading time of sites with large-sized images. To optimize loading times and enhance user experience, we resize the images to dimensions of 800x480 pixels.
While this resizing helps with loading times, it may result in a slight loss of image quality, particularly for images that contain text documents. To mitigate the impact of quality loss, we recommend that you upload images that have already been resized to 800x480 pixels. By doing so, you can maintain a better balance between image quality and loading speed.

Why doesn't the map update when I update the address?
When you fill in the address field, the map automatically focuses on the address you have entered. This functionality is achieved because the Address field is associated with the Map field, so any changes to the address will trigger an update in the map.
This association is established by specifying the label of the map field in the settings of the address field. If you change the label of the map field, you must also update the settings of the address field accordingly.
To do this:
- Open the "Field Editor."
- Access the settings of the address field.
- Set the "Associated map" field to the label of the associated map.
Can I have only the search bar on my homepage and display the property list on another page?
Yes, you can have a search bar on your homepage that, when used, displays a list of properties. However, this is achieved without separating the search bar from the property list.
To show only a search bar on your homepage, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Settings" section.
- Expand the "Gallery Body" accordion.
- Select "Hide until search".
- In the Wix editor, set the app page as your homepage. You may want to customize the design in the Wix editor to resemble a webpage.
